CENTRAL LOCATION ACCOMMODATION FOR GROUPS OF 4-8
@220Euro for the sole use of the loft per night for up to 8x people. (Minimum stay 2x nights)
ART CURIOS WORKSHOPS FOR 4-8
3 hour workshop sessions in the studio @ 30Euro per person for up to 8X people at a time. All materials and refreshments are provided.
PRIVATE GATHERINGS FOR GROUPS OF 30
@150Euro (including post party cleaning) per 8X hour shift for up to 30x guests.

@350PP - A full week of staying in the loft, daily workshops, sculpture orientated city tours, curated visits to city sites, Museums and Galleries throughout our beloved capital city, Zagreb (avoiding the crush of tourists at the coast). We offer a full repertoire of expert creative workshops in our studios. Hosted by renowned and leading Artist, Sasha Fabris and some of her associates. All skill sets are welcome. We cater for the creative enthusiast as well as the professional.

We specialise in providing an 'easy access' & interchangeable facility for group travelers or Arts enthusiasts.
Sasha's studio is fully equipped for workshop sessions in all drawing and painting mediums. Workshops can be custom developed for groups.
The loft floor above the studios was cleared and renovated maintaining the charm of a 200 year old working space. The space is interchangeable and has options to be used differently. It spans 100M2, It offers: Dormitory style sleeping area with 6X single beds and 1X double bed (all have personal side pedestals with a lamp and a place to charge) - perfect for groups of friends or families.
A large living area with casual seating and tables for eating or socialising; a small kitchen with double stove, double sink, kettle, fridge and all kitchen equipment.
WC facilities on the below floor with 2X toilets, 1X bath/shower and 3X sinks. They are shared facilities with non residential artists from studios on the 1st floor.
All public transport and amenities are within 50x meters of the studios on Draškovićeva Ul 11. On our little section of road, you have major tram line stations to most areas in Zagreb, mid track planters with trees and benches, a gem of a hidden park at the back of the building, 2x grocery stores, 2x day time bakeries, 1x 24 hour bakery, 6X coffee bars & drinks bars, 1x 24 hour tobacco shop, barber, mani/pedi salon, optometrist, chemist, DM and a full shopping centre behind the studio building. It is walking distance to all major city sites and gentrified neighbourhoods with the best bars and restaurants.

Workshops take place in Sasha’s working studio. You get to experience a professional environment that keeps shifting and changing while generating exhibition pieces.

Workshops are for everyone. Creative enthusiasts and professionals. Sasha expertly develops group workshop programs pitched at existing skill sets with an intensive skills development focus. We get to use our learned skills in and around the City during urban sketching / site seeing sessions.

URBAN SKETCHING
We begin our voyage in the studio learning an ‘in-house’ developed technique combining fountain pen and brushwork with water. It’s a perfect way to always have your tools with you when you are going about your daily life. After practicing the technique in the studio, we head for our chosen landmarks following a casual yet insightful tour of the city via trams or on foot. We stop in well-appointed spots, reach for our sketchbooks and capture elements of our selected sites with newly developed skills .

We do a series of studio workshop days learning the skills around our chosen mediums and genres. We also do sessions in forests, parks or coffee bars in and around the city. You get plenty of time to spread your wings and chase your own rainbows throughout our culturally and historically rich capital city, Zagreb.
Documenting your experiences consciously with new skills becomes a lifestyle worth living!
